Refund policy

Refunds and returns. Because our drinks and gummies are consumable, we don't accept returns or exchanges, and we can't refund orders for other reasons once they ship.

The one exception: the First Sip Guarantee. If your first Highland Falls order isn't for you (wrong dose, wrong flavor, or just not your thing), email info@highlandfallsdrinks.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the words "first sip." We'll refund it to your original payment method, and you don't need to send anything back. Limited to your first order, one per household, 21+.

Please don't mail anything back without talking to us first; returns sent without approval can't be accepted.
