The dose ladder

Every Highland Falls product states its exact dose per can or gummy. Here's how to pick your rung:

House rules for your first time

• Start low. Half a 5mg can, or one 2.5mg gummy. You can always have another.
• Give it time. Drinks arrive in about 15 minutes; gummies can take an hour or more. Don't double up because "nothing's happening yet."
• Skip the alcohol the first few times. Mixing changes the experience.
• 21+ only. Don't drive after. Keep away from kids and pets.
